I really love this one. I bought it on impulse. It may have been on sale…

Such a light and delicate oolong. No grassiness or too much vegetal. It’s smooth and pleasant. Yu can smell the spice but it isn’t spicey at all. It’s ever so naturally sweet, like a fruit would be…The plum isn’t really too obvious. But it is SO delicious on so many levels. As it cools it becomes more complex. I get the custard and brown sugar. Still alittle citrus and floral and a hint of fruit. It’s beautiful I wouldn’t add any sugar to this at all. It’s perfect just the way it is. A bit of depth. It’s just un complicated which is what I want sometimes. So I’ll be drinking this all morning while I make my italian quiche and finish my photo shoots.

Preparation

I’m a cookie and dessert blogger from Texas….sort of. I love tea…always have…but since my husband and I cut out our nightly glass of wine the tea obsession has begun. Now I can’t get enough tea! I’m so glad I found this community. I learn a lot and it’s really fun.
