I can’t believe I’ve had this tea for almost a year and didn’t leave a tasting note. What’s even stranger is how it’s tasting to me today. I don’t remember it tasting like this. It must have been a typical green before so I never left a note.

This morning I am getting spicy notes off of this green. It tastes like some of the notes I get from a young sheng. Strange huh? This tea must be the one used to make some of the Yunnan sheng’s . It’s got a slightly nutty, smoky taste with a bit of spicy note. How strange I never noticed that before about this tea.
