Nice summer darjeeling. Very refreshing and satisfying. Certainly not as good to me as the darjeelings that I have enjoyed from Castleton Estates but a solid darjeeling none the less.

Flavors: Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, Muscatel, Musty, Nutty

My first taste of ripe puerh. I thought it was better at the 3 or 4 seepings and developed a lot of dark sweet notes with some earthy flavors coming in. Brewed very dark red even with very short steeps.

Very smooth flavors in this sample. Sweet and clean with notes of brown sugar, dark dried fruit and hay.
