8 Tasting Notes
Smooth and particularly well aged for a 3 year old pu-erh. The liquor is dark with no bitter tannins or after taste of earthiness. It is deep and strong without being overpowering to the palate. Excellent tea especially as a digestive aid.

Color: Light amber, color stays consistent with subsequent brews – 3 and 4
Taste: Floral and fruity
Body: Medium

Stay: Long, even and smooth stay
Leaf: Full, twisted, aged perfectly
Preparation
Smells Spicy and sweet, with a shiny but clear auburn brew. The aftertaste is spicy with a mild floral note. Has a medium body, with a medium liquor. The stay is long without an astringency.
The leaves are fermented, roasted fine tips.
A smooth but bold tea.
