4 Tasting Notes
I love this Peppermint tea, it is so fresh and thirst quenching!
It is one of the few teas that I can drink both hot and cold. So I like to drink it when it’s too warm and when it’s too cold.
Considering it’s a teabag, I really do love this herbal tea.
Preparation
This is the Earl Grey for me. I brewed this tea with a friend (who claimed to not be an Earl Grey fan) a couple of days ago. We used 3g of tea for a “normal” sized teapot and I have to say it really was quite delicious.
Fuity and floral but not too strong or overwhelming which really is something I look for in my Earl Grey and it can be hard to find.
Even my non earl grey drinking friend enjoyed her brew which speaks volumnes to me!

I tried this tea at a friend house and I have to say it was much to strong for me. I like my Earl Grey to be fragrant but subtle and not to leave my mouth to dry but unfortunately this one did and I was overwhelmed with strong floral notes that I found it difficult to taste the tea itself.
Could it have been how my friend prepared the tea? Maybe so if i was to brew again I would use less – she brewed it for me in a standard “tea for one” using approx 4grams of tea.
Preparation
For tea bagged tea I enjoy this one. It is lighter and more refreshing than Earl Grey. More citrusy than floral I have drunk it with and without lemon and both times found it to be pleasant. I am not sure that adding milk would be advisable.
