I actually discovered California Tea House through Steepster. So glad I did! This is hands down the best Silver Needle I’ve ever had. According to the label it is USDA Organic which actually sometimes scares me in terms of flavor, but this came out perfect. Smooth, soft and still well rounded.

This one wasn’t too weak for you? I know that’s been something you’ve noted with a lot of your past teas. How many steepings did you end up doing? I usually don’t feel motivated enough by a white tea to steep it out since they don’t change so much from steeping to steeping.
(whoops.. got cut off there) …so I’d love to hear how this did for you. I need to give traditional white teas another go-around, and I’m looking for a place to start.
@spoonvonstup I assumed going into a white tea that it would be much lighter as it should be. I didn’t actually do a second steep. I will let you know next time around.
