This is a niche tea – its great tasting for those who love fruity teas with a slight floral, perfum-ey flavour. It is a sweeter tea thanks to the addition of Stevia. It brews a deep, rather opaque blue based purple, and tastes just like the blue raspberry flavor you had as a kid. It turns pink with the addition of 2 TBS of fresh lemon juice per 12 ounces tea and adds a wonderful sweet tart flavor that reminds me of the blue raspberry jolly ranchers. I love it both ways.
