15938 Tasting Notes
Sadly today’s smoothie didn’t turn out quite as aweesome as the first. There’s a delicate balance of getting the banana into the freezer before it gets too ripe..but ripe enough. lol today i have an over ripe banana which always DOMINATES the smoothie no matter what. Still tasty, but not as strawberry like as I wanted this morning.
Tried this tonight as well and it was a little disappointing. The initial smell is divine and the first few sips were a wonderful orange chocolate. And then I let it sit for a bit while watching a show. Apparently the brownies stole my flavour while I wasn’t looking. BOO! Ill try this again later to see if I can figure out the best way to brew this one.
Really? No tasting notes for this? Man this is delicious! It smells heavenly and so very much like lychee.
Hard to believe this is a decaffeinated tea. It’s peachy and lychee and smooth and delicious! Yeah so my words are failing me this evening but I’m SUPER glad that I picked this up when I was in San Francisco :)
This is a delicious tea! While i really enjoy strong teas, I find that i prefer the flavours that are in the taiwanese assam from butiki. However, this is still a great assam. I’m going to have fun brewing this one at different times to see how the tea changes. It’s not as malty as other teas that i’ve had but there is a citrusy?? note that is quite enjoyable in this tea. hmmmm more to come as i try this one out
I am cold this morning…so very cold. It’s like i’m chilled and can’t seem to get warm…so what do i drink? A cold smoothie. yeah i know. But believe it or not it takes longer to make a hot latte and then it means i have one less travel mug full of tea to bring to work. heh Still loving this english tofee matcha, though i realised this morning I am starting to run low on a few of the matchas i “add” to my single flavours in order to spice them up. Here’s hoping it’ll give me a chance to run through some of the other flavours i have before i need to place an order. eesh!

Finally got a chance to crack open another of my teas from the Amoda box! This is a really interesting tea. I’ve never had green rooibos before so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect.
What i got was a unique blend of sweet. I don’t know that I’d agree with the apricot flavour but then I did drink this last night and forget to log it. I’m glad I’ll be able to have another go at this because I’d like to be able to get a better sense of what exactly i was tasting :)
