Boy was I ever wrong about how awesome this would be cold brewed. I think that I may have used too much tea, but even so it is missing the sweetness that the hot cup had. It also has an almost minty aspect to it that I’m not enjoying. Seriously, if I’d only had this as a cold brewed iced tea then its rating would’ve been in the 50’s or 60’s. It’s that big of a difference.
Because I fear that I used too much tea I went ahead and added more water to the pitcher with hopes that it’ll be a bit more pleasant tonight. Perhaps this would be better as a hot brewed iced tea. I’ll have to save that experiment until I buy more. NE

Ok, I must have missed something, somewhere. What does NE mean?
I have my own little system that helps me know whether or not to get a tea (beyond the ratings) and I’m too lazy to write them out each time and I’m also concerned that my highest praise of TG (or Teagasm) might offend someone. So I listed the four little abbreviations at the bottom of my biography. For example: I could rate a tea in the 90s since it’s a great tea, but if it’s not Teagasmic for me then I most likely won’t buy it again. Does that make sense?
And this is the first time that a tea has earned a TG in one preparation (hot) and a NE for another (iced). That should help me know at a glance that it was okay iced, but that I should go with the hot version when making it.

Nothing to be sorry about! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done the “wait a second: you live in insert name of state here?” even though it’s always been there under the Steepsterite’s bio. ;)
