4 Tasting Notes
I really wanted this to be a knockout tea for me based on the rave reviews I have heard, but it really does only remind me of the granola clusters found in bunches of oats cereal. I love the taste……just as a cereal though, or, maybe if it had a stronger flavor….
Maybe I will brew another cup later using more tea, but I can’t help but only taste cereal!
I’m fairly new to the loose leaf tea world, let alone David’s tea. Love tea was the fourth or fifth tea I tried, and I really wouldn’t have picked that out if it weren’t for my hubby. He loves sweet smelling things and even though I smelled it once before, I still gravitated to much sweeter smelling teas. Dont get me wrong, this tea truly smells just like chocolate covered strawberries. The first steep really tasted like it too! The deepness of the chocolate was really infused into the first steep. The second was still great, just not as strong. Its really my go-to flavour of choice and something I always crave now. Thank god he was there that day because it’s my new favorite!
