The spearmint in this blend is strong but not overwhelming. The black tea holds its own. A brisk and lively tea for this morning (yes, it’s still morning, only a few minutes left in the morning, but it’s still morning for me)

I am nervous to try this one as spearmint is not my favorite flavor

I prefer peppermint to spearmint… but, the spearmint in this blend is quite nice here because it doesn’t overwhelm the cup. I would recommend letting the cup cool down just a bit… I found that when I sipped it when it was quite hot the flavors were a bit harsher, but as it came to a slightly cooler temperature the flavors mellowed a little bit. The tea was still “hot” but it was a drinkable hot… know what I mean?

Yeah – thanks for the advice!

I am obsessed with tea!

The reason I’m no longer writing for SororiTea Sisters is because I am now the Mad Tea Artist for 52Teas:

I’ll still be posting occasional reviews on teas here on Steepster, mostly backlogged reviews because I’m way behind on getting reviews posted. That’s why I’m keeping two accounts active at the current time – so that I can get those backlogged reviews posted.

My favorite teas are Yellow Teas with most Oolong teas at a close second. As far as “flavored” teas go, I love Earl Grey, Chocolate and Jasmine teas.

I also am intrigued by flavored teas with an unusual or unique flavor combination, which is why I was very excited to be the Mad Tea Artist of 52Teas!
