This is probably my favorite “non-LiberTEAS” tea in my cupboard right now, if not my favorite, it’s absolutely in the top 2!
It is pure heaven in a tea cup… and a few years ago, if you were to tell me that I would someday say that about an “unflavored” green tea with a vegetative character – I would have told you that you were nuts!
But I sooooo love this tea. Buttery, vegetal, sweet … so good. Multiple infusions to follow!

So what is the other tea in the top two?
That would probably be Ali Shan Oolong from Norbu. Which… reminds me that I still have some in my cupboard. I might just need to drink some of that today…
Or… it may be one of the several yellow teas that I also have in my cupboard… Those are quite heavenly as well.
