Backlog:
The name of this tea makes me smile. It makes me think of Disneyland. Especially when I was young, and my grandparents used to take me there at night to watch the electric parade. (Back then they didn’t have the one price at the gate admission price, you bought the ticket books and you could buy an entrance to the park if you just wanted to ‘see the sights’ of the park without riding the rides. Wow … I probably just aged myself, didn’t I?)
Anyway … at the beginning of the parade, to mark ‘time’ for the parade to start, a little light would circle around sleeping beauty’s castle and it was supposed to be Tinkerbell. At least, that’s what I remember. It was so long ago, that some of that fairy dust may have altered my memory.
On to the review!
The tea is very fragrant. A strong lavender note in the aroma, fortunately, it doesn’t end up tasting soapy or perfume-ish. It’s a really lovely tea. Calming lavender, hints of lime, and delicate white tea notes. Really an enjoyable blend.
