Dry notes: Spearmint, basil, woody leaf stems, passive aggression.
Wet notes: Green wood, green nuts, notebook paper, sadness.
Finish: Couldn’t come fast enough.

Very interesting and complex but not my favorite combos…
Dry notes: rotten wood, wet bark, mahogany, light brown leather.
Wet notes: connecticut shade cigar wrapper, tobacco, dry cardboard, molasses, ripe walnuts.
Finish: damp, thick, moderately astringent

Early spring (March 2020) picking; bright, clean flavors!
Dry notes: sweet corn husk, freshly cut thick grass, warm hay.
Wet notes: pea shoots, green beans, dewey spring morning.
