If Gatorade pushed up on Big Tea…
Dry notes: artificial sweetener, strawberry powder, citric acid
Wet notes:: flat alka-seltzer, red Gatorade, fructose, white grape peel/skin.
Finish: tart, astringent

Unexpectedly more complex than I’d assumed —
Dry notes: Sour, malt, raisins, walnuts
Wet Notes: Damp earth, wool, lightly smokey
Finish: Dark and dry

First scented tea in a long while, doesn’t disappoint!
Dry notes: honeysuckle, jasmine, small wildflowers
Wet notes: orchid, baked apples, warm honey
Finish: bright, clean, slightly juicy

Miss me with that sack of tea-leaf stems and sawdust, bruh. Just leave it in the dust pan and walk away…
Dry notes: Spearmint, basil, woody leaf stems, passive aggression.
Wet notes: Green wood, green nuts, notebook paper, sadness.
Finish: Couldn’t come fast enough.

Very clean and delicate —
Dry notes: Asparagus, sauteed spinach, brioche,
Wet notes: Crusty bread, egg custard, green nuts, buttermilk biscuits
Finish: bright, clean, mildly dry

Very interesting and complex but not my favorite combos…
Dry notes: rotten wood, wet bark, mahogany, light brown leather.
Wet notes: connecticut shade cigar wrapper, tobacco, dry cardboard, molasses, ripe walnuts.
Finish: damp, thick, moderately astringent

Recent addition to my rotation —
Dry notes: leaf stems, flat leaf parsley, raw almonds.
Wet notes: sauteed spinach, softened dark mushrooms, damp straw, butter.
Finish: damp, thick, dry

Early spring (March 2020) picking; bright, clean flavors!
Dry notes: sweet corn husk, freshly cut thick grass, warm hay.
Wet notes: pea shoots, green beans, dewey spring morning.
