Now that I remembered to look up the steeping parameters for white tea, rather than just guessing (and under steeping the tea) I brewed up a cup of this. I think I might try it at five minutes instead of six next time, as I got a quite floral cup, and lost most of the peach flavor. The aroma is very peachy floral, but not getting much peach in the taste. Dropping the rating on this down a few notches as I’ve tried teas I enjoy much more than this one recently.
