I absolutely love this place!
Loving good matcha it can be tricky attempting to compare & contrast through company descriptions alone, not to mention very expensive if in your endless search for ultimate Matcha you buy them all (especially if you end up not using some of them).
Kip carries a great variety, is very knowledgable and you can talk matcha until you are green in the face. He can help you narrow in on the varieties likely to fit your sophisticated palate and I am just thrilled with the things I have gotten there.
Having tried about 12-14 types of matcha before finding Just Matcha, fussy me only liked a couple of them, but with Kip’s help I found my two favorites: Breakaway for special treats (ok, I confess, happens often) and Matcha Love Usucha for every day chai.
