Very minty (hah!). Seriously though, even though one of the main ingredients is mint leaves, I was still surprised by how minty it was. Too strong for me, so next time I make it it will be with less leaves than recommended and/or a shorter steeping time.
Oily filmy drops on the top of prepared drink, to be expected from the chocolate drops in the ingredients.
The look of this dry tisane is so adorable!!! I love winter and snow, and the smell of this is quite lovely albeit veeeery strong. It smells very minty and chocolatey, and similar to After Eight chocolates. The chocolate flavour is definitely there in the prepared tea, but the mint dominates and I am not as huge a fan of mint as I thought I might be, so I will prepare this differently next time I have it.
I think it’s well made, I am just am not as big of fan of mint as I would like to be. If you are looking for a very strong minty drink with added chocolateyness, then I’d suggest this!!
And the score I give it is because I am not a fan of mint as much, it doesn’t mean it’s a sub-par tisane. If I liked mint more the score would be higher. It’s well prepared and I think it’s great for those who would prefer a strong mint.
