Oh man, yesterday started off so stressful that I completely forgot I drank an entire pot of this. Still a favourite of mine – I just can’t get over how delicious and intense the honey notes are.
I feel so lucky that I was able to get a good amount of this in a swap, but after brewing up a whole pot, I’m starting to turn a hoarding eye at this again. Even though I should not hoard teas, because I have way too much tea right now. But it’s so tasty and I will be sad when it’s gone for good.

I really love Bai Hao because of the honey notes, that might be a good substitute once you run out. :)
This tea sounds good but I don’t think it is available anymore, perhaps they will bring it back in the spring.
Cameron, I will have to check that out.
Allan: Sadly I think they discontinued this maybe two years ago? I only picked it up because it was in one of those clearance packets that are two for $5 – at the time I was much more into flavoured teas and didn’t really think much of straight whites, but I’m also a sucker for sales.
I didn’t even open it for ages, and then when I finally got around to it, it was wonderful and amazing.
I would love if they brought it back, though I have to wonder if a new harvest would taste the same.
