8 Tasting Notes
I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. For a floral tea, it’s not overly floral…and even though it uses artificial flavoring, it isn’t over powering. I enjoyed this hot with no added sweetener. I find that I’m enjoying white tea more and more.
Interested to see how it will taste as an iced tea.

I received this as part of mystery box and I knew I wanted to try this iced as opposed to hot. I used about 5tsp for 8oz of water (poured over ice for a total of 16oz) with just a hint of sugar. The result? A delicious, fruity and delightful iced tea! I pick up a stronger blueberry flavor than pomegranate. Coloring is more purple-red then blue.

Pretty Tea sent me this in my Mystery Box and I’m really enjoying it. It’s similar to Creme Earl Grey…sans the Earl Grey-iness of that blend. So as someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy bergamot this is fantastic.
Black & White has a decent vanilla flavor without tasting artificial. The black tea blend is smooth and doesn’t overpower the vanilla. The steeped tea is a nice dark brown.
I enjoyed a cup with vanilla rock sugar and milk.

This tea makes me happy. This tea was part of my Valentine’s Day gift from my hubby and I did a happy dance when I saw it. I am not a huge Earl Grey tea fan…straight up, normal Earl Grey does not appeal to me. But, with that being said, I really love Tealuxe’s Cream Earl Grey and The Earl’s Garden. This tea smells like summer – you get a very strong odor of strawberries and bergamot. And it’s fun to watch the bits of strawberry rehydrate during the steeping process. The flavor is light, you pick up on black tea and strawberries with just a hint of bergamot. I’ve only had this hot so far but I’d be curious to see how it tastes iced.
I find DT tends to give instructions for over steeping. I steeped this for about 3 minutes…any further and I think it would get too bitter
Flavors: Bergamot, Strawberry

I enjoy this hot or iced….it reminds me of Pink Starburst candy. Naturally sweet it really doesn’t need any additional sweetener unless you really want it to be candy sweet. It is very light and fruity – I pick up the rosehips, hibiscus and blackberry leaves more than the apple, and the dragonfruit actually tastes like dragon fruit.
Flavors: Fruity, Hibiscus, Rosehips, Sweet, Tart

Every sip tastes luxurious….and at $19.75/50 grams it had better. This is a pricy green tea (I traded in my Frequent Steeper points for it) but it is definitely one of the smoothest and tastiest jasmine green tears I have enjoyed. The first steep gives a darker yellow shade and it smells strongly of jasmine. However, the taste while floral is not over the top floral. The hand rolled bundles are adorable…but I don’t think they look like butterflies…
Flavors: Floral, Green, Jasmine

Definitely my all time favorite “cozy” tea as well as cream earl grey tea. The flavor is smooth and creamy (I pick up a lot of vanilla overtones). I like to drink it with some milk and sugar. I’m not a huge Earl Grey fan so I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much I enjoyed it. I will be very sad when my tin runs out as Tealuxe does not have a great refill discount.
Flavors: Bergamot, Creamy, Vanilla
