My first thought about this tea was the aroma of the dry leaves, honeysuckle. My second thought was that there was a pleasant lack of bitterness to this tea. My third thought was that this tea, before I added sugar had a definite note of Asparagus. The slight downside to this tea is I begin to notice a very, very slight sour note to it. Overall it is quite good.

I brewed this tea once in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 175 degree water for 2 min.

Flavors: Asparagus, Floral

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 2 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
