This rare and beautiful oolong from the Wuyi Mountains in the Fuijan Province, China, consists of medium oxidized, unrolled amber brown leaf with greenish highlights.
A sophisticated dark amber liquor reveals hints of raisins and toasted almonds. Medium roast. Layered, complex with toasty stone fruit notes and a hearty finish.

I drink this tea because I love the way it tastes and don’t really consider the “weight loss” properties. It is full bodied, yummy and toasty. Lots of depth. One of my favorite teas, but I really like a substantial dark tea for the “winter” (I live in Texas) especially. Drink this several times a week. Organic a plus.

I’ve been enjoying this tea quite a bit. Very smooth and satisfying. We resteeped this tea 3 times the other night and were very happy with the consistent flavor.
The only thing I don’t like is that the leaves are not full, they’re broken up into halves and quarts which causes smaller bits and pieces to break up and I have a layer of sediment that makes it through the strainer.
