The old name for Japan is Yamato, and the same character is also pronounced wa or “harmony” — a state of being that brings peace and balance. Dobashien’s Hojicha “Wa”, with is chocolate aroma and clean, smoky flavor, will bring harmony to your day.

The second and third crop teas roasted at a high temperature. Important is to brew a plenty of tea leaves with high temperature hot water to bring out the flavor.
