This is pumpkin pie in a cup. No need for sugar as it is naturally semi sweet. It has a chai like quality so adding black tea would be fantastic to add even more depth of flavor (we recommend Ceylon Kenilworth). The uses for this herbal tea are limited to your own imagination. I was not really a fan of this one. I’ll try it again using the rest of the sample pack in a french press but the pieces were too large to get a good balance with 2 teaspoons. The flavor was very mild.
