This is my first experience with yaupon, and it’s interesting! Pretty savory and beany or grassy, but not bad. There’s almost a hint of spice in there too. It’s not something I’d order, but it was fun to try a bag from a tea box!

Youngest daughter bought American Buzz from Harney, which I think is yaupon but I don’t know if it is a blend of other things as well. I need to ask her how she likes it.

Their breakfast blend is delightful. It has spearmint and it’s amazing.
