Roasted Osceola Blend Yaupon Tea pays homage to the Timucua people of ancient Florida, whom consumed Yaupon Tea for millenia. Our yaupon is organically wild-crafted along the shores of the Indian River Lagoon in East Central Florida. The leaves are harvested by hand, oxidized over 5-10 days, and the gently hand-roasted over an open flame. Yaupon is a relative of the Yerba Mate, and represents North America’s only native caffeine-containing plant.
