Mi Lan is known for it’s honey-orchid scent and a somewhat contradictory character. A strong honeyed floral taste is balanced pleasantly with a pronounced astringency and mild roasted flavour. This one really makes the mouth water. This tea will easily handle 10 gongfu style steeps.
Song Lin and his family have been producing organically grown Dancong oolong for close to 80 years in Wudong Village, Chaozhou, the birthplace of Phoenix oolong. And they do fine a job of it!

Water amount:about 120ml
Steep duration:1st ~10 sec. Steep for slightly longer for proceeding steeps.
