So here in Montreal this bubble tea company has been getting a lot of hype, so I decided to treat myself and a few friends to bubble tea earlier this week so we could decide if it was worth the attention!
This chain specializes in brown sugar bubble tea, and in particular their brown sugar tapioca which is made in house. You could absolutely taste it! The creamy “base” of the bubble tea was delicious but nothing to write home about but the taste of the rich and sticky brown sugar? Oh, perfection! And I found the pearls themselves to be simply divine. They had the exact perfect amount of chew to them, and unlike a lot of other tapioca pearls which just taste bland the brown sugar flavour was all throughout the entire pearl.
Brown Sugar isn’t my personal go to bubble tea flavour, but this was just very very good and I get the attention!
