Decided to make this one as an iced latte to sip on while working this afternoon; I even made it in a newer tumbler with some just gorgeous candy cane striping on it which was the cherry on top for making it feel perfect for Christmas Eve Eve. Quite decadent and creamy which, of course, makes a lot of sense for a latte but the candy cane note itself was perfection as well. Sweet but not cloying and just a little bit cooling. I loved it so much! That flavour just worked super well on a rooibos base!
