The taste of Ceylon tea is largely defined by the altitude at which the tea is grown. Ceylon Kenilworth is a high grown tea, from the renowned Kenilworth Estate in the Sri Lankan hills. Established by an English pioneer, it takes its name from Kenilworth Castle in Warwickshire. Its large twists of lovely long black leaf are rare for the altitude, and give the tea its distinctive, oaky flavour.
