Yellow Twig (黃枝香, Huáng Zhī Xiāng, “Yellow Twig Fragrance”) is one of the ten ancestral Phoenix Oolong varieties. It is characterized by its bronze color and twisted leaves. The lingering aftertaste stole the show with notes of cooked peaches and Juicy Fruit gum. This is one of those teas that West China Tea offers that knock it out of the park.
