Oh wow, this is way better than I expected. I don’t get the name. There are three things you drink for breakfast – milk, juice, and caffeine. This is none of those. It’s good anyway. It’s mainly peppermint and lemon. This would be great to enjoy in the evening – or morning… if you’re one of those people ;)

Peppermint & lemon do sound odd for breakfast.

Well, this won’t be a morning blend for me anytime soon (Give me caffeine!), but it’s better than I thought it would be. It has kind of a pungent woody aroma, but tastes far more lemongrass-y with a peppermint afterkick. It’s not super medicinal either.

Tasty, yes. But morning cup this is not.

Better morning for 3rd shift workers maybe. I liked it. But not in the morning.

I pulled this teabag out of one of the traveling tea boxes and I’m actually glad that I remembered! I have a bad stomach ache tonight and need something soothing. I actually don’t have an herbal blend for these times, but I really should. I guess the herbs that are typically in those ‘tummy blends’ don’t appeal to me so I haven’t invested much time in finding a solid blend that will do the job and taste good.

This one is reasonably soft for the amount of herbs that are in it. It reminds me of Sleepytime tea without the strong minty note. To be honest, all of the flavors sort of mush together and shout together, “WE’RE HERBAL!” I like to think that it’s settling my stomach and before I know it, the cup is gone. This is a rather pleasant herbal blend for this evening — nothing too sharp or strong. I’m still on the search for a tasty tummy blend, but this was nice tonight!

I have to admit that I had my doubts about this blend – an herbal blend for morning? Those of you who are addicted to caffeine like I am probably can understand what I’m talking about. (I have a feeling that most of us are addicted to caffeine here)

But this is actually quite good, and it’s invigorating! It has a very pleasing scent to it, light, fresh, and citrusy with hints of mint. Nice.

Picked this up from BrewTEAlly Sweet’s stash sale.

The name of this one is very confusing. I just don’t see it as a morning drink. Even if it was caffeinated. It’s more of a refreshing afternoon blend. The citrus and mint combination is lovely. The mint flavor lingers nicely. That said, I’m not a huge fan. I really don’t like lemongrass, and it’s certainly discernible here. I should have checked the ingredients list.

This was surprisingly good! It was lighter on the herbally-medicine-E taste and the lemon was perfectly done and the mint was subtle in the end on the sip on to the aftertaste. I’m very happy with this herbal!

I waited several attempts before reviewing this, and I’m not in love. I think I was expecting it to be more citrusy and refreshing (along the lines of Tealuxe’s Unity Blend that I enjoyed the other day) and no such luck. I’m a tea newbie, but I’d say it’s more savory than I would’ve like. Also, since I prep this tea in my tumbler and drink it throughout the day I have to add: this tastes like swamp water when it’s cold. Definitely try to enjoy it while it’s still warm!

Not rating this tea because I tossed it. Not sure why this labeled for a better morning since none of the ingredients bring morning to mind. I didn’t like it right as soon as I opened the bag. The mint in this one just really turned me off. Many probably would love this tea but I couldn’t get into it. Definite hard pass for me. I only choked down about half of this before I said no thanks, moving on.
