Silver Needle is unquestionably the pinnacle of white teas. These young buds are hand-picked early in the Spring, producing a fresh, highly-coveted leaf with delicate fuzzy tips. A careful process of hand-crafting this exquisite white tea involves the most traditional method of allowing the leaves to wither naturally in the sun.

Its sweet aromas of straw and honey give way to light, refreshing flavors of honeysuckle and wintermelon.

Notes: sugarcane, honey, melon

Infusion: 190ºF / 90ºC for 1-2 minutes
