Reason to Love
In the chaos of everyday life, we could use a little calm, right? How about a cupful? This blend of relaxing herbs like passionflower, chamomile, lavender and catnip will help bring some tranquility to your day (or night).* These herbs are called “nervines” because of their ability to have a beneficial effect on your nervous system.* We love this tea anytime we need to step back and take it easy.

Taste
A delightful blend of complex herbal tastes—floral, apple-like and minty!

DIRECTIONS
Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover cup & Steep for 10-15 minutes.

Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup.

Enjoy 2-3 cups throughout the day and evening.

QUALITY
This tea is like a quiet meditation—each sip a step along an herbal journey around the world. Passionflower’s wild beauty takes us to the beautiful old farming villages in Italy, while chamomile’s soft loveliness brings us to the oasis villages outside Cairo. Predominantly mint, first and foremost. Under the mint umbrella, I can taste something planty (catnip???), licorice root and stevia but I’m not getting any of the other flavours that are advertised.
I still like it and will have no problem drinking up the box but it would’ve been nice if the licorice especially, was more mild so the lavender would have a chance to shine through.

I’ve had this in the past and remember it being better. I’ve had other brands that had more of a calming effect. I would like less licorice root and more lavender. There is a taste I can’t identify and I wonder if it’s the catnip. I’m not sure I’ve had catnip before. There is a slight floral scent and a taste of mint.
