Lightly oxidised, this harvest of Tielka’s Fairtrade Organic Ti Kuan Yin Oolong Tea (Iron Buddha) is highly praised for its tightly rolled broad leaves and exceptional bright green colour, resulting in a very light first brew and increasing depth and floral intensity in subsequent brews. Skilfully harvested and processed by artisan tea farmers of the Hubei Province, China, Tielka’s Iron Buddha is fascinating to watch as the leaves slowly expand and unfurl in its delightful brew.
