Green Tea
Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures from Japan to the Middle East. Recently, it has become more widespread in the West. . Green tea is made with the leaves of Camellia Sinensis and undergoes the minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea leaves are very delicate and easily burned. So brew your cup of green tea using water just below boiling point to enjoy its full range of tones.
Iced Tea
Traditionally a large pillow type bag filled with 1 ounce of CTC teas has been used for iced tea for a very long time. CTC teas brew much faster than orthodox teas. We have used high grown Pure Ceylon tea for your enjoyment
Ginger Peach
While the word ‘peach’ originates from an early European belief that the fruit is native to Persia, it actually originated in China where it has been cultivated since the early days of Chinese culture. It was brought to America by Spanish explorers in the sixteenth century and eventually made it to England and France in the seventeenth century, where it was a popular albeit rare treat. In Queen Victoria’s day, no meal was complete without a fresh peach presented in a fancy cotton napkin. We have flavored our Pure Ceylon high grown teas with the fruitiest peach and refined ginger flavors so that you can enjoy it any time of the day.

Continued with this over the weekend…3 more cups worth

Green Tea tasting with more ginger than peach. Fairly good. Glad it’s ICED TEA in this case.

Thank you to TeaEqualsBliss for sending me some of this tea.

I cold-brewed this tea overnight, and the result is a delicious tea that tastes lightly of ginger and peach and green tea. The ginger is only slightly peppery. It is a very refreshing iced tea.
