Yunnan White is a rare white tea that is grown and processed in Yunnan Province, China.
These beautiful leaves and buds yield an aromatic, medium-bodied, smooth and flavorful infusion with sweet and fresh notes of grass and fruit, in particular apricot.
May be infused multiple times, but do a shorter second infusion as this infusion can get oversteeped.

It has a bit of a grassy, herbaceous flavor. A slight fruity note like peaches maybe. It isn’t bitter if brewed correctly. Quite delicious!
