Ginseng Oolong leaves are tightly rolled and coated with ginseng. It is like the best of both worlds. Slightly resembling Tie Guan Yin, the ginseng oolong tastes wonderfully different. The ginseng coat slowly comes off creating a cloudy jade-green concoction.
