Description: Flowering Green Tea
Pink peony flowers erupt in a blooming cascade of colour and taste. The silver needles give a mild taste of quality green tea with a floral hint that is perfect for entertaining guests at any time of the day. Our flowering green tea is naturally very low in caffeine, high in antioxidants and can be steeped up to 3 times without tasting bitter.
Origin: Fujian Province
Each blossom is hand-tied by artisan teamasters.
How to prepare: Flowering Tea
•Use 1 tea blossom for 300ml (10oz) of water
•Heat water to 85°C (180°F) and steep for 3 minutes until flower has opened.
•Good for up to 3 infusions

I found this to be a pleasant-tasting tea. It was delicate and smooth, and I really liked the taste but I’m not really sure if the bloom opened properly. The silver needles opened up but the flower inside stayed tightly furled. I will have to try it again to see if I get a different result.
The second steep tasted lovely, but it didn’t have any effect on the peony.
