Produced from the same ancient wild trees as our 2017 Secret Forest puerh & last year’s Secret forest teas, this was processed as a white tea. The leaves were picked, then carried back and withered in the shade on bamboo mats. This produces a lovely smooth tea that retains all the elements of the original leaf and is cooling and refreshing for the body with a strong energy.
Members of our Puerh Tea Club received some of this tea loose last year. This year’s version has bigger leaves, giving a slightly different character and we’ve pressed it into 200g cakes. This tea is very limited in quantity.
