From The Angry Tea Room

Italian biscotti is blended with roasted pistachios, honey flakes, and a rich blend of Indian and Ceylon teas, creating an enticing blend that is equally enjoyable with or without milk. This tea is also freaking fantastic with added honey. Tell the kids biscotti is for grown-ups.

Brewing Suggestions
1½ tsp. tea

8 oz. boiling (212°) water
Steep for 3-4 minutes

Ingredients:
black tea, pistachios, flavors, almonds, biscotti, chrysanthemum, coconut flakes, honey

I was thinking how nice it would be to include candy canes in this adorable carrying case for these teas and then I DID find a couple candy canes on the bottom! How sweet. A tin of some rock sugar that Angry sells would have been awesome too. :D This is an awesome holiday type blend. I have had it from another tea company before but it’s a nice tea to revisit. The honey is accurate as there is a lovely honey-like flavor permeating throughout the cup. There wasn’t much on the nuttiness, though I did have at least one almond slice and pistachio in my infuser. I was surprised to see coconut and chrysanthemum on the ingredient list as they don’t come into play here at all. The honey black tea combo is fantastic though. Overall it’s a unique cup of tea that I’m happy to have found in the Advent calendar.
