This was gifted to me by my Aunt, who returned home from Thailand not long ago. She fell in love with it, and now so have I!
For a few months now, I’ve been looking for a simple herbal tea that will not put me to sleep or provide any specific medicinal aid… and well it seems I’ve found it.
It’s almost sour, like a real lemon, and spicy, and sweet all at once! well, the spice comes out to play after a few sips, building one sip after another.
Also, it’s apparently amazing iced. Hmmmm, there were only 20 sachets of it in the box. What will I ever do when there’s no more…. well, it seems I have a new tea mission- to find a regular supply of lemongrass tea. And preferably not bagged like this one (tea snob that I am!)
Ohhh the things I could do if it were loose… mixing it with rooibos and chamomile, mint, and… ok I’m getting carried away here. I wonder if the bag will hold up for a third steep? Only one way to find out :)
