Taste:The aroma hints of orchid flower and wild flavor; it tastes smooth, soft, and slightly bitter but quickly turns to sweet; its long-lasting fragrance will entirely cross your upper and lower jaws, producing a copious secretion of saliva.

This raw cake named for Da Xue Shan is mainly because partial of the raw material come from the beautiful Xueshan town. Xueshan town is situated in the south of Fengqing County, where the highest point reaches at 3,098 meters above the sea level and the lowest is 1,200 meters, it is named after its snow mountain.
