There is no stevia or added sugar (which I prefer) so it’s rather tart (which I also prefer). The liquor is a clear reddish color and has a lovely bold natural peach flavor, not the artificial peach flavor which I’m not crazy about. There is also a hint of apple, and citrus rind notes. Kind of tastes like there is hibiscus in there but it’s not in the ingredients so maybe because it’s a little tart.
My nephew, of course, put honey in it. He enjoyed it too. :) He wanted it iced and I had it warm. Both ways it was refreshing and had a nice bold, fruity flavor.

Cold brew of this yesterday was again quite nice. The peach was more sour than sweet with the blending of the other ingredients and i found with just a tiny bit of sugar, the edges softened and it was really pleasant to drink even being off of peach like i have been.
I love this. It is more reminiscent of peach with other fruit equally represented, as opposed to straight up peach, perhaps more like peachberry, as it is still very hibiscusy and has a berry quality. But with a bit of honey the peachy juiciness is brought out. I am impressed, and will consider repurchasing.
I got a sample of this with my most recent Teavivre order, because I love peaches & it sounded interesting. The first thing I noticed is that the dry tea smells delicious. I ate a few small pieces of tasty dried fruit from the bag, & then I brewed the tea.
It’s very red, & the flavor is tart, so I’m thinking hibiscus, but I don’t see it listed on the ingredients.
I’ve never drank a tea with roselle in it, so I looked it up on Wikipedia, & sure enough, it is a member of the (you guessed it) hibiscus family.
I can handle a little hibiscus, from time to time, provided the drink is also sweet, so I added a little stevia. It’s fruity & drinkable, but I think it would be much better over ice.

hehe I do too, Derk! Every day now, in the afternoon, he asks me what flavors do I have or can he pick the flavor today… Etc. It was so surprising that he really enjoys it. Where he usually lives, they drank soda >.<. He told me that when he goes back home when things get better (poor kid), can he take some different teas with him. Of course, I said, absolutely!
I wish my nieces would like drink tea. But no, they prefer only water or homemade juices. At least it is not sweet sodas.

Martin Bednář, yes, at least it’s not sodas :D. My other nephews (my sister’s kids) are not like this one (my brother’s kid). It is so surprising.
