This is a really lovely light-bodied infusion. I was surprised to learn it has ginger in it, because while there is something akin to spice in this tea, it’s more delicately fruity and floral. This is a great to have after a meal because it’s so light, and I really enjoyed a bit of honey in there too. :)

It’s cold in my apartment tonight and it’s been snowing off and on for about 6 hours. It’s all pretty and white out there. Definitely a night for tea.

This is one I haven’t had for several weeks. I forgot that I prefer it steeped with twice as much tea. My cup tonight was weak. Still drinkable, but next time I’ll need to remind myself to use more. It’s a very pale and delicate color in the cup, with a mild and slightly sweet flavor. Maybe i’ll have it tomorrow night again and brew it up properly.
