April 2023 → A tea sample you put off trying
This has been on my sipdown list for a while but since I’m not generally a big matcha fan I’ve been putting off drinking it. I decided to make this as a matcha latte using my new favorite recipe from Half Baked Harvest – https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/strawberry-milk-matcha-latte/. It does have a lot of additions, so who knows how much of the raspberry I’m getting from the matcha vs the jam. Whichever it comes from, I love that raspberry flavor.
