Apparently I’m on a bit of a mini flavoured pu’erh kick these last few days…
This one was just okay. Flavourings themselves are nice – in particular the light yet jammy strawberry flavour, which reminds me of the strawberry candies in the pretty wrappers that most people associate with their grandparents. It was the pu’erh base that detracted from this tea for me – it’s not awful, but it’s just a smidge funky and I didn’t love how the oilier earth notes meshed with these lighter fruit flavours.
