Amazing tea that was a surprise at the first sip. The kind of tea that makes you say wow. Flavorful mellow low tannin no astringency or bitterness tea with forward flavor notes of yam and brown sugar. Not hidden in the back notes but right in your face notes. So much so that you might be confused and think this is a flavored tea, some companies Fall blend, but it’s not. Absolutely delicious.
Second infusion pushes the yam notes to the back and lessens the brown sugar notes significantly but is still a good cup of black tea. Will hopefully be for sale on their website by the end of September 2020.
