The 2015 season is particularly dry. While new tea plantations in the mountains all use water sprinklers, this lack of rain means the plants only received the minimum amount of water. A very energetic Oolong. Light sweetness, light bitterness, and soft vegetable notes. It starts off a bit thin but then gets better and better. Also works as a nice fresh cold brew.
