Beautiful to look at and a pleasure to brew. The buds yield an almost nectar-like liquor accompanied by a sweet and earthy aroma. Full and smooth, there’s a hint of young bamboo that refines the sweetness. A little melon note goes nicely with the syrupy texture. Along with the minty cucumber finish, we find it’s cooling nature refreshing during the warmer months.
