@SenchaMatcha, I just discovered them and placed an order because of their free shipping promotion. I’ve only tried 3 of the teas I received, but I’ve been really impressed both with the teas and the level of customer service. I’ve ordered direct from another Taiwan-based company and I was pretty disappointed, so I’m glad I found this company.

How long did it take for your package to come?
I’ve been waiting for mine for a few days now and the tracking number just says its shipped :(
It probably took about 10-12 days. I thought it was pretty fast since it was coming from Taiwan. Everything arrived in good shape with extra samples. I’d like to hear which teas you try.
:) I’ll let you know once the package arrives. 10-12… hmmm… that means I’ll probably get mine sometime next week.
